REFUND POLICY

Our primary objective is to satisfy all our customers. That's why we provide a hassle-free return policy.


1. Returns: 

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your payment we can't give you a refund or an exchange. 

To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you've received it. It must be in the original package, as well. Gift cards cannot be refunded.


We need an email receipt or another proof of purchase to complete your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).


2. Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of your refund being accepted or denied.


If accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be added automatically to your credit card or original payment method. 


3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

It might take some time before the final posting of your refund. If your refund has not been issued within 2 weeks please contact us at info@unicocare.com.


4. Exchanges (if applicable):

We only exchange products that arrive faulty or damaged within 30 days. Send us an email at support@getloomlighs.com if you need to swap it for the same item.


5. Shipping:

To return your product, you should contact us at support@getloomlights.com to receive your shipping label.

For returning your item you will be liable for paying your own shipping costs. We will include a prepaid return shipping label upon request, and subtract the costs from your refund. 

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you depends on where you live, may vary.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
