1. When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.


We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?


Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. 


Fast Shipping Countries :

United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain and Germany

10-15 business days for delivery 

Other Countries:

15-30 business days (depending on location).


Note: except Saturdays, Sunday and holidays. Some product may be shipped out separately and arrive at a different time because of multiple warehouses locations.

**Please also note that for certain periods, and due to high demand, the packages could have 7-10 days delay.

3. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.


Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.


Note: Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


4. Can I change or cancel my order/request ?

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
