Q: is that hurt ?
At your first treatment we cleanse the area and make sure you are relaxed before starting. Some clients report a tingling sensation on the surface of the skin during treatment often described like having an elastic band flicked against your skin.
You will generally feel some discomfort but most people find it bearable. The sensation is often described as an elastic band snapping on the skin. In my experience the 'pain-free' treatments are not that much more comfortable and are quite often less effective
Q: Is IPL safe?
"Light based hair removal is safe but you really need to figure out by yourself and gradually level up.

Q: What grade of gear should I used for the first time?
For the first time, you should try from the lowest gear and then gradually increase the positon. it is not possible to use the highest grade directly, which may cause discomfort.
Q: How to use the product correctly?
The hair removal device will only flash after 90° vertical contact with the skin after normal start-up. Do not [ress the launch button aginst the air.
Q: Do you have to use a blade razor to shave or can you use an electric shaver?
Shaving it down anyway is fine but I would not wax. Waxing can remove the root making it hard for the IPL to do its job. How IPL works it needs to be able to "see" the pigment of the hair. If it is waxed away there's nothing for it to treat.
Q: which level will fit with each area?
Use your own judgement by trial and error. Start low and work your way up.
